Complexity gets in the way, so we thought we would simplify things a little.
Paying for ‘user seats’ is fine when you have a good idea of the size of a group and the likelihood of adoption. However, it is not well suited for dynamic groups where the total number of users is unknown and/or where their levels of engagement is likely to be fluctuating.
It is natural to ask “what will it cost if this trial succeeds”, but until you’ve completed that trial you may not know what that success might look like.
We get that nobody wants to pay for inactive users!
Of course, we could just introduce prices based on ‘active users’ (many of our competitors have), but we don’t want to punish our customers for succeeding.
Instead, our new pricing plans will grow with you!
